- Each chew contains 23.0 mg milbemycin oxime and 228.0 mg praziquantel, and no other active
- APVMA product number 60301
- One chew every month, preferably on the same date each month
- Elanco directs that dogs be tested for existing heartworm infection before the first dose
6 chews per pack. The chew may be broken or crushed and fed with a little food, as long as the dog takes the whole dose. Keep out of reach of children. For animal treatment only.
