  • We are online only. There is no shopfront to visit. We deliver Australia wide and do not ship outside Australia.

What we sell

  • 8,000+ products across dogs, cats, birds, small pets, fish and reptiles, horses, poultry and farm animals. Use the Shop by Pet menu to browse by animal.
  • Products are sourced through Australian manufacturers and distributors and dispatched from within Australia.
  • Brands stocked include KONG, West Paw, Inaba Churu, Ibiyaya, Zippy Paws, Max & Molly, Vetafarm, Oxbow and Barastoc.
  • Stock levels sync with our supplier each morning, so availability can change day to day. The product page shows the most current stock we have.

Dispatch and delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on location. Regional and remote areas can take longer.
  • Tracking details are emailed once the order is on its way.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping is calculated by item category, weight and destination at checkout.
  • Light items (under 10 kg): from $22.95. Light item orders ship free over $120 in NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT, and over $149 in SA and TAS. No free shipping threshold applies in WA or NT.
  • Bulky items (10 kg and over, or oversized, such as feed bags and litter): from $23.95, priced by weight and state. Bulky orders ship free over $199 in NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT. No free bulky threshold applies in SA, TAS, WA or NT.

Returns

  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 15 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Return postage is covered when the fault or error is ours.
  • Change of mind returns are not offered.

Payments and pricing

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Shop Pay, processed through Shopify checkout.
  • All prices include GST and are in Australian dollars.

Subscriptions

  • Subscribe & Save takes 10% off every subscription order on eligible products, delivered on the schedule you choose. Details: Subscribe & Save.
