Shipping is calculated by item category, weight and destination. Light items (under 10 kg) ship from $22.95. Light item orders ship free over $85 in NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT, and over $129 in SA and TAS. Bulky items (10 kg and over, or oversized) are marked with a Bulky Item badge and ship from $23.95 depending on weight and destination. Bulky item orders over $149 ship free in NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT. We offer 15 day returns for manufacturing defects and order errors. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund, with return postage covered when the fault or error is ours. Change of mind returns are not offered. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
