Where does Easy Pets ship to?
Easy Pets ships Australia-wide. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address, so you always see the exact cost before you pay. We dispatch from within Australia for fast, reliable delivery right across the country.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, Australia-wide. Delivery times can vary slightly for regional and remote areas. We'll email tracking so you can follow your parcel to your door.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and return the item in its original condition. Return postage is covered by the customer. Once we receive your return, we'll process a refund or exchange promptly.

Yes. Easy Pets is an Australian-owned and operated online pet store. Every order is checked by hand before it ships, and our local support team is here to help if anything isn't quite right.
Are your products genuine, quality brands?
Absolutely. We stock trusted pet brands that pet parents rely on — including KONG and Meaty Treaty — alongside our own range. We focus on quality toys, food, treats and accessories for dogs and cats, not cheap filler.
An item I want is sold out — will it be restocked?
Many of our products are restocked. On any sold-out product page, click "Notify me when available" and enter your email — we'll let you know as soon as it's back in stock so you don't miss out.
What payment methods can I use?
