About Easy Pets

Easy Pets is an Australian family owned and operated online pet store, trading since 2023. We stock 8,000+ products for dogs, cats, birds, small pets, fish and reptiles, horses, poultry and farm animals, and we deliver Australia wide.

Who we are

Easy Pets started in October 2023 as a family business with one aim: make it easy for Australian pet owners to buy the products they already trust, at fair prices, without the trip to a shop. We are online only. There is no shopfront, and every order placed on the website is handled personally by our family team from the moment it is placed until it is on its way. ABN 37 859 584 287.

What we stock

Over 8,000 products across every kind of pet, sourced through Australian manufacturers and distributors so that stock is dispatched from within Australia, never from overseas. The range includes brands such as KONG, West Paw, Inaba Churu, Ibiyaya, Zippy Paws, Max & Molly, Vetafarm, Oxbow and Barastoc, with particular depth in horse and farm feed, bird food, cat litter and bulk dog food. Product information on our pages comes from the manufacturers and our distributors, not from guesswork.

How ordering works

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days, with tracking emailed once the parcel is on its way.
  • Shipping is priced by item category, weight and state. Light item orders ship free over $120 in NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT and over $149 in SA and TAS; bulky feed and litter orders ship free over $199 in NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT. The full tables are on the shipping policy and the store facts page.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded within 15 days of delivery. Change of mind returns are not offered. See the refund policy.
  • Regular buyers can use Subscribe & Save for 10% off every subscription order.

Our promise

Australia-wide pet essentials, delivered with care. In practice that means honest product information, shipping priced fairly by weight and destination, real people who answer your email, and a returns policy that covers you when something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong.
