Shipping policy
We ship Australia-wide. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Item categories
Light items are products under 10 kg, which covers most of our range.
Bulky items are products 10 kg and over, plus oversized products such as kennels, crates, cat trees, playpens and pet carriers. Bulky products are marked with a Bulky Item badge on the product page.
Shipping is priced by item category, total weight and destination. The rate you pay is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Free shipping thresholds
Free shipping is available on most orders, and the threshold depends on the item category and the destination. Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory cover very large distances, and freight to remote parts of those states costs considerably more, so the thresholds differ. Free shipping also has a weight limit: up to 20 kg of Light items and up to 40 kg of Bulky items per order. Above those weights the standard weight-based rate for your destination applies, even when the order value is over the threshold.
Light items
- NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT: free shipping on Light item orders over $120, up to 20 kg of Light items.
- SA and TAS: free shipping on Light item orders over $149, up to 20 kg of Light items.
- WA and NT: no free shipping threshold is available, because of the delivery distances involved. Light item rates for WA and the NT are shown in the table above.
Bulky items
- NSW, VIC, QLD and ACT: free shipping on Bulky item orders over $199, up to 40 kg of Bulky items.
- WA, SA, TAS and NT: no free shipping threshold is available, because of remoteness and the delivery distances involved. Bulky item rates for these states are shown in the table above.
Mixed orders
If your cart contains both Light and Bulky items, each part of the order is charged its own rate, shown as one combined shipping price at checkout. Each part qualifies for its own free shipping threshold separately, according to the thresholds listed above. Each part also has its own weight limit: 20 kg for Light items and 40 kg for Bulky items.
