Wound Gard 50mL

Wound-Gard Antiseptic Bitterant Spray is a topical antiseptic agent that is formulated to help treat wounds and prevent infection in both cats and dogs ¹². It contains a bittering agent that discourages your pet from licking their wound and biting at sutures, which can lead to reinfection and prolong the healing process ¹. The bitter taste of the spray is designed to leave the wound alone, allowing it to heal over a shorter period of time ¹.

Recommended for:

• Dogs and cats with wounds, particularly where protection of sutures is important or where infection is a possibility.
• Dogs and cats with eczema, dermatoses or granuloma.

Composition:
Chlorhexidine Gluconate - 10 g/L
Menthol - 5 g/L
Denatonium Benzoate - 200 mg/L
Phenoxyethanol - 20 mL/L
Eucalyptus Oil - 10 mL/L

Directions for use:

• Shake the bottle well before use
• Apply liberally to the affected area 3 times per day. As a guide, spray 3–4 pumps per 2cm length of wound.
