Virbac White-E Vitamin E Powder for Horses and Dogs 1.5kg

White-E Powder is a natural source vitamin E supplement for horses and dogs, supplied in a 1.5 kg tub. It is a potent antioxidant that helps limit free radical build up during intense training and hard exercise.

• Vitamin E is supplied as d-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate, a naturally derived, biologically active form
• Horses: one large scoop holds 16 g and provides 1,000 IU, equivalent to 826 mg of vitamin E
• Horse rates for a 450 kg to 500 kg horse: 1 dose a day when spelling, 1 to 2 doses in training or for weanlings and yearlings, and 1 to 5 doses for breeding stallions and mares
• Dogs and greyhounds: one scoopful holds 3.2 g and provides 200 IU, equivalent to 165.2 mg. The manufacturer rates are a quarter scoopful daily in training, half a scoopful daily when racing, and one scoopful for two days before racing

Measure with the enclosed scoop and mix through the feed. Iron is a known antagonist of vitamin E, so where an iron supplement is also fed, the manufacturer advises giving White-E in the morning feed and the iron in the evening feed, or on alternate days. Store below 30 degrees Celsius in a dry place, protect from light, and reseal the container immediately after use.
