Virbac Feramo with Chromium 2.5kg

Feramo with Chromium is a concentrated powdered vitamin, mineral and amino acid supplement for horses, supplied in a 2.5 kg bucket. The manufacturer states this provides 44 doses for an average horse, based on a 500 kg horse in moderate work.

• Each 56 g dose supplies vitamin A 22,500 IU and vitamin D3 3,000 IU
• B group vitamins per dose: B1 37.5 mg, B2 33.9 mg, B3 124.9 mg, B5 53.9 mg, B6 19.9 mg, B9 folic acid 5.0 mg and B12 0.1 mg
• Minerals per dose: iron 174.7 mg, manganese 173.6 mg, zinc 173.6 mg, copper 39.2 mg, iodine 1.1 mg, selenium 0.5 mg, cobalt 0.3 mg and organic chromium 5.0 mg
• Amino acids per dose: leucine 1.1 g, valine 829 mg, isoleucine 526 mg and phenylalanine 235 mg
• Organic chromium is better absorbed than inorganic chromium

Feeding rate: 56 g daily mixed into the feed, using the graduated scoop provided. Introduce at a quarter to half the recommended daily dose and increase gradually to the full dose over 7 to 10 days. Store below 25 degrees Celsius in a dry place and reseal after use.
