Southern Cross Feeds Eureka Cool Performance Pellet is a cool conditioning pellet designed to condition horses of all categories without the added fizz that comes from grain feeding. It is supplied in a 20 kg bag.

  • Crude protein 13 percent, crude fat 4 percent, crude fibre 10 percent and 12 MJ per kg digestible energy
  • Fortified with minerals and a full complement of vitamins including biotin and the B group vitamins

  • Made from lucerne meal, cooked cereal meals and cooked protein meals, with calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, salt and a mineral and vitamin premix

Introduce gradually over 7 to 10 days alongside your current feed, and match the amount fed to workload, reducing it on days off. The manufacturer feeding guide is 2 kg to 3 kg a day at maintenance, 3 kg to 4 kg for light work and 4 kg to 6 kg for medium work. Feed adequate roughage, at least 5 kg a day, and provide clean fresh water at all times.
