Olsson's Fine Salt is a 25kg bag of natural Australian sea salt (sodium chloride), kiln dried to a fine grade for stock feeding and general farm use.

What it is
Olsson's states its salt comes from the Spencer Gulf at Whyalla in South Australia. On its own site, Olsson's describes production as a traditional solar evaporation process: seawater is stored in primary ponds where natural microorganisms help filter it, evaporated successively through further ponds, crystallised in designated pans, then harvested, washed and sun dried, with no chemical processing involved at any stage of production.
