Flints Medicated Oil is a 500mL topical preparation for horses, cattle and sheep. Active ingredient: cresol BP 30 g per litre. Presentation is a pale yellow oil with a characteristic odour.
- Cresol is used as a disinfectant and bactericide for wounds, cuts and abrasions
- Registered to assist the healing of cuts, wounds and galls
- Applied as directed it prevents the formation of excess granulation tissue, known as proud flesh, particularly on the lower limbs of horses
For topical application only. Clean and dry the area, ensure the wound is free from water, then apply with spray or cotton wad three times a day. Read the label before use.
