Folamax is a 600mL high potency solubilised oral folic acid and vitamin B12 solution for horses. Constituents per mL: folic acid (vitamin B9) 25 mg and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 1,000 micrograms.
- Two active vitamins in a single oral solution
- Dosage: 3 mL to 6 mL daily, or 2 to 3 times weekly, or whenever required
- Withdraw with a syringe and 14 or 16 gauge needle, remove the needle, then give directly into the mouth
The manufacturer states that the Instamax range does not produce a positive swab and that no withdrawal period is required. For oral use only. Read the label before use.
